I speak weekly with CIOs and CTOs over the past 2 years to understand the extent to which modern IT systems are built on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA,) Rich Internet Application (RIA, using Ajax, Flex, Flash) and Business Process Management (BPM) technologies and methodology.
